Rikita Major was selected as the 2022 Sister of the Year. She is a true definition of sisterhood. Rikita joined Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated on April 5, 2009 at Voorhees College now known as Voorhees University. She later join Nu Delta Omega Chapter to continue her duties of service to all mankind. Since joining the graduate chapter, she has held the position as financial secretary, HBCU for life chair, parade coordinator, and now currently the technology chair. Rikita is a loving wife to Rashi Major and has 3 wonderful boys Ra’Shon, Ra’Quan, and Ra’Jon with another little boy on the way.
